The process started off with a 30 minute meeting with the hiring manager. She was very pleasant, and I quickly heard from the recruiter that I'd moved on to the virtual onsite round.
I met with 4 people over the course of 2 days, for 30 minutes each. Up until this point, the recruiters had been great and very communicative. About a week after the virtual onsite round (which I felt went well), I was contacted by the recruiter who let me know that my experience didn't necessarily match the initial role I was interviewing for, but that the team thought I would be a good fit for another role. I agreed to continue the process for the new role, which would include an hour long presentation for the hiring manager as the final step. I followed up with the recruiter 2 to 3 times inquiring about the presentation prompt, which never came.
Extremely disappointing conclusion to an otherwise positive process. After investing hours of time, I at least expected an email if circumstances had changed and they no longer wanted me to continue the process. Please be more courteous to your candidates.

Straightforward interview process: recruiter phone screen, hiring manager, 3 1:1s with cross functional stakeholders, and a final presentation round. All interviews were via Zoom.
The recruiter from Talentful was extremely high touch throughout the process, it was a positive experience.
