First there was about a 1/2 hour phone screen. After that seemed to go well, I was invited to an in person meeting session with five people at four different times for around 4 hours. Then by email, I was given a writing assignment.

It took 2 weeks to get connect with a recruiter after applying and when asked about the timeline fore a response for next steps the recruiter gave me a 2-3 day response. After 7 days the recruiter hasn't bothered to answer my emails or inquires about the status of my application. Application process seems unorganized.
