The interview process at Aryeo seemed pretty standard to the rest of the tech industry. 1. Application Sent 2. Screen interview CTO 4. Take-home exercise with 5 business days to complete 5. Follow-up interview with Engineering lead and another Sr. Engineer 6. Offer received One thing I enjoyed about this specific interview process is that they encouraged asking questions about the assignment. I took full advantage of that by asking clarifying questions, posing questions about the expected user-experience, etc.. I believe the dialogue we had while I worked through the assignment was a big reason I was moved forward. The team was very receptive, responsive, and professional during the process.
