Very positive interview experience. The recruiters were very helpful and friendly throughout the assessment centre day. Come prepared, know the role you're applying to, as well as the company. There is not much you can do in advance to prepare for the technical exercise, but you have plenty of time to work through it. Three parts: technical interview where a building schematic and questions were given, then talking through the answers to said questions, then generic interview questions about company / past experience, then case study interview where a brief were given to decide the feasibility of a project.
