Entretien
An HR person sent me an email to tell me that they would like to get to know me. Then they arranged a first call with two hiring managers (no HR person has ever been part of any of the processes during the recruitment process), and after that a second call.
The lack of involvement of HR during the whole process is embarrassing.
I've had to ask twice about the salary compensation as no information was given to me and as so HR person has been present during the calls, which has never happened in any of my previous hiring processes.
When asked about the details as I didn't get the positions, I never received a reply even after two emails on my side.
I found this process and specifically how it was handled by HR unprofessional and embarrassing.

Entretien
The interview was conducted in early August 2019. Technical written test was conducted in this first round of interview, questions related to the applied department/ post were asked. Also, a 10-min english written test was conducted.
