The interview lasted approximately 40 mins, there were 6 questions as I remember. 3 of them about general questions about my interest in the role and the company, for example, why do I want to work for Arup?, or, why am I interested in a graduate programme and how do I think it will help me to achieve my career goals?. And the other 3 were scenario-based questions. For example, imagine you are currently working on a very interesting and busy project, but your manager has decided you should stop working on it and join another team to carry out a different project that is far less interesting than the one you are currently working on, how would you react to this situation/what would you do?
