Entretien
The phone interview date was set. They called and asked questions (make sure you've read Ove Arup's speech and know the core values of Arup). Then asked about the locations I've chosen in my application.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Why Arup? What makes us different to competitors? Why this role? Switch from a big project to a smaller one, how would you react? A senior is struggling with a deadline, what would you do?
first round: group interview including a 10 mins presentation and a written test (essays on EIA) that last for 30-45 mins approximately
second round: interview by managers fir around 30 mins

Met with different people from the team over the course of a few hours. Asked typical questions about motivation, experience. Asked to present recommendations based on data given.
All seemed well. But then they took over a month to get back to me despite my following up and only did so via email. Would have preferred a call after all that waiting. A further month to get the feedback which they promise to give. Interview team are great, HR not so much. Left a sour taste that they treat people they don't want that badly. From what I've heard, people not selected for interview only got told they were unsuccessful months after the role had been given away.

Online Tests; The standard logic and math tests
Online assesment center, including long case study and presentation where I had 30 minutes to prepare a slide. Good experience overall, but would have prefered in-person
