Entretien
Starts with online application with written questions, then automatically go through to online assessment stage with numerical and pattern recognition questions as well as personality test. If successful then moves onto video interview consists of 3 questions which are basically given to you in information of email. Then if successful you will be invited to an online assessment centre which consists of a individual technical task followed by an interview with 2 directors where they ask about you proposed solution to technical task and then move into behavioural interview which is fairly straight forward just motivational and behavioural question, interviewers were friendly and it was conversational.

In video interview: Tell us about 3 relevant projects or coursework you have done. Tell us about something you learned recently outside of academics.
Had the HR call me for a phone interview. Basic questions like why are you interested in ARUP and where would you prefer to work etc. Got another call from the higher ups in Houston, similar questions. No technical questions.

Heard back through email after I submitted an electronic resume. Scheduled a phone interview at a mutually convenient time. Conversation was focused on specific coursework and lasted less than 15 minutes.
