The process was an interview that consisted of two people, who were the manager and lead photographer, in sit down interview. They asked questions about previous job experience and photography experience. They also asked for a portfolio on your current photography work.

I talked with two of the coordinators and they talked with me about my knowledge of photography and customer service. Then they ask you how you will react as a leader or coworker in some situations.

Some simple questions were asked, Friendly, had a simple chat with two of the managers and that was it. The maintain a nice and welcoming chat. It was very comfortable.

The interview is casual and divided into 2 parts. One is asking some situational questions of how to handle different clients and the second one is the practical part of letting you to take pictures.
