1 Phone interview, 1 one on one , 1 with a panel was hired that day although accepted position money was less than was originally discussed. The panel interview was kept very cordial and light lasted a bit longer than I thought it would. Worked out in the end as I got the job and worked there for over 15 years holding various management positions. Learned a lot and once established became the go to guy for consumer credit and system issues.
