Since I was the first dedicated Quality Assurance employee that was recruited by the company, it was a fast process. Darren came up to me and showed me what we currently had for QA and where we'd like to be. That's all I needed! The interview process has changed drastically over the years and is much more structured now and I've also help set it up!
