Very pleasant interview process. First stage was a group interview - discussion about infographic related to living costs. Final interview with two partners was very professional but also personal and friendly. I enjoyed the interview process and the communication from the recruitment team.

I started by applying online, completed the Watson Glaser assessment, advanced to a group exercise and final interview with partners. The team tested teamwork, commercial awareness, and analytical reasoning throughout.

During the group interview, I was asked to discuss various topics and their impact on the economy and workforce.

Entretien
Group interview - unusual environment but everyone involved was nice and encouraging. You get time to study an infographic then discuss it for 30 mins with around 5 other people and 2 partners. The partners in my group ended up veering the subject away from the infographic so we discussed a few different topics. Just make sure to listen to others and build upon their takes to come across well.
Individual Interview - this is so chill in comparison to other internship interviews. Very much an open discussion of your CV and interests.

Very CV focused, not really that competency based in my experience.
