If you’re selected to proceed then you’ll have at least two more sets of interviews with stakeholders.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Arthritis Foundation
Entretien
I had a phone screening followed by a 1-hour video interview with my direct supervisor that was relatively a casual conversation to see if we had synergy and mutual interests. Then, I participated in a panel interview with three individuals - one from the team I would work with directly and two others who would be interacting with regularly but who were not directly in my team. They asked a series of HR-given questions that felt a bit too scripted but still gave thoughtful responses and participated in my attempts at joking. Overall a positive experience and I could feel their passion and dedication in their tone and body language even through a video camera. HR then contacted me to extend the offer via email and followed up with a phone call to share more details and walk me through some of their great benefits package info. I accepted and had a good experience interviewing.
