I applied online, and was contacted by HR for a pre-interview discussion. I was sent instructions to create example problems that align with the AoPS curriculum and describe how to answer incorrect student submissions. Then I had an interview with a Senior Math Curriculum Developer. Afterwards, I was told I would know soon because they were looking to hire quickly. I was notified within a week that I was not selected.
