I sent my resume to the generic HR address on the Arsenal Inc. website and the very next day received an email from a Marketing guy with the subject line "Writer/Content Creator." He asked me what my best contact number was because I guess he couldn't figure out how to open a word doc and look at my resume. Two weeks went by without hearing back, so I followed up asking if he still wanted to speak with me and he claimed "yes of course, i'm just tied up at the moment." That was two more weeks ago. He could have just ignored me in the first place but instead he chose to string me along for over a month; time I could have used to pursue other leads.
