It was fine, they are looking for good candidates that include great attitude and service.
The English its important since you will see some customers from different regions and also you will travel a lot.
Thorough and transparent. Did a good job of informing me of the process, where I was in the process and next steps. Good communication throughout the process. Did take longer then expected to get the official offer in hand.

More like a meet n greet, asked some basic history about my resume, chatted about golf, holidays etc. It felt like either he didn't really know how to interview, or this was really a question of cultural fit instead of focus on results
