Arrow has a formal interview process within their ECS group. I was interviewed by the hiring manager, then their manager, then sent to 2 other directors to interview. I have heard now they are doing phone interviews where 3 or 4 executives interview at one time and ask specific questions around situations.

30 minutes, covered past experiences. Onboarding of new customers and desired salary range. Interviewer seemed in a hurry so phone interview was short. I asked two follow up questions regarding the position. The position was changing as the manufacturer was transitioning their model. The interviewer was to get back to me along with the hiring manager for clarification on the position. The interviewer was very professional and the interview covered all the major topics. Employment history, experience and go to market strategies.
