The process began with an initial telephonic discussion with the HR manager, followed by an onsite interview. The onsite session was a one-on-one interview that focused heavily on in-depth technical questions. Unfortunately, the company did not provide any feedback or communicate the outcome of the interview, even after I followed up a month later. This lack of response was disappointing, especially from a company of this stature.
