The interview process began with a 30-minute phone call where I was asked questions about my resume and given a detailed overview of the role. The second and final interview took place onsite, where I had the opportunity to tour the office, shadow a team member, and then meet with a manager. During that interview, we discussed my background, experience, and resume in more depth.

For me the interview process was quite enjoyable. It consisted of two interviews. One over the phone and one in person along with a tour of the office and shadowing opportunities. The whole process was quite enjoyable. Every person I spoke with was completely transparent about the highs and lows of this position in the industry. I felt very welcomed immediately and love getting to know everyone.
