The interview process was expedient and thorough. At each level of the interview process the different members of Arrive actively attempted to get to know me and gave me the opportunity to showcase my strengths. Their experience and professionalism was on full display and I am very motivated and excited to work here!

Describe a time in your professional career where you had to take criticism, and how did you respond to it?
The interview process was extremely helpful and full of information. First was a phone call with a recruiter, then shadowed with a carrier sales rep and spoke with the carrier sales manager. Everyone was extremely nice and answered all the questions I had. Overall, I would rate the interview process a 10/10.
