I went through all three rounds of interviews only to get ghosted. I find it very unprofessional to not receive any communication whatsoever after the last interview. Job searching is stressful enough and I hate it when companies aren’t transparent, especially after making it to the end of the interview process. It’s disrespectful and a huge red flag. I’m glad I didn’t end up working for this company.
