Positive, laidback experience that moved fast. Seems like they have worked with an organizational psychologist (a good thing). Initial call with recruiter, 1 technical going into previous work experience, 1 technical/behavioral, 1 meeting discussing project plans and where my skills would be used for next 6-12 months. They checked references, and perform a background check. Everyone I met was laid back, answered all my questions, were transparent and approachable.
