One of Arrival's internal HR people contacted me via LinkedIn, saying they had a role perfect for my experience.
When I asked for more specific details they told me, actually there wasn't a certain role, but we needed a 30 minute phone meetings, then they'd decide where to place me.
After requesting more information via email I was just ghosted, so it felt like I perhaps dodged a bullet.

Straightforward, 2 stages - 1 with HR and 1 with Head of Department.
Looking for character as opposed to technical expertise. Positive experience and little wasted time to secure actual job.

Entretien
Three stages: one brief chat with a recruiter (which I don't believe was assessed), one technical interview with some engineering team leaders, one personality-fit chat with a senior manager.
I had some other applications in progress and Arrival were very helpful regarding expediting the recruitment process.
