Very good process two people interviewing. Asking questions about previous experience. I felt at ease throughout and it went far better than i expected. I was very happy with how it all went and would recommend the process

I was given a competency based interview from one of the sales centre managers I then had to carry out a role play exercise with one of the employees whereby I was the agent and the employee was the customer
