It was professional and structured. I only had one interview for the position which I think is uncommon. I was asked some typical questions about my background and interest in law.

The initial interview was a phone call with an HR employee. The second interview was with two higher-up HR employees who specifically manage Paralegals/Legal Assistants. While I believe I could've been better prepared, the interviewers came off very uninterested and unfriendly, and I believe this contributed to my nervousness because it felt as though I would not be considered from the get-go. Other than that, the time in between each interview was fairly quick and they did not take too long to call me back and tell me that I was not selected.
