After online application, I received a call from Recruitment Team at head office to book in an interview with them. It was very relaxed and asked the basic interview questions as well as some competency based questions, all of which were very easy. I received a call two days later informing I had passed and an interview with the Showrooms general manager was arranged. Definitely the easiest interview I’ve ever had, skimmed through CV asking some very very basic questions... and we had a chat about what I did with my life, like hobbies, favourite food, music, sports etc (I’d assume to gauge my personality) then a very brief chat with the sales manager and that was the end of that.
