The interview process for me was extremely fast/easy. I applied and interviewed within 3 days of applying. It was very straight forward and informative. The only thing that was difficult was signing into workday for armstrong when I was a current employee at ponderosa.

Easy going. Back and forth question and answer session with two individuals in both technical and customer service. Discussed life outside of work as well. Very personable session. Technical questions and customer service based questions.

Entretien
It was very welcoming and not intimidating. I enjoyed that everyone had tenure with the company. Shows that the company values its employees and knows how to keep them happy. Staff was very nice and informative. Looking forward to growing with the company or within.

What made you apply and what can I bring as an asset.
The interview process first involves a phone screening. After this, you should be sent a link to complete an online assessment that simulates various support scenarios to measure the quality of your response and typing skills. After this an in-person, panel style interview is held to chat about the role and ask questions of each other.
