It was pretty casual and okay overall. We had 1 Back-to-back interviews with partners of the firm. One partner asked behavioral questions while the other partner was a casual conversation.

Super easy and straightforward interview process. I had a call with the recruiter and then 2, 30 minute back-to-back interviews with senior employees. The questions were very behavior based...things like "tell me about a time where you had to work with a difficult teammate".

Tell me about a time where you had to meet a hard deadline and how you balanced other work with that.
The interview flowed nicely. They were not intimidating and were genuinely curious about my goals and aspirations. They asked pretty standard questions and employer would want to ask, but they didn’t make you feel like you were wasting their time.

Very friendly and got back to me quickly with an offer! Senior managers and associates made me feel very welcomed to come interview for them. I hope the internship is just as friendly
