Interview process is generally informal. Initial call with HR followed up with two interviews one with a team member and the other with a partner. All interviews were handled on the phone. I didn't meet anyone in person until I started with the company. Process is reflective of the organization that provides an environment that encourages initiative and intellect. A strong interview isn't necessarily a strong fit for the company. They value honesty and an openness to learn from the best minds in the field.
