I was headhunted on LinkedIn by the HR assistant Sian. I had a 1st stage phone call interview with Bibi who seemed very pleasant and then a second stage video interview with the CEO. I don't know how to describe it, but it felt very off when I met the CEO. I didn't get a great feeling after coming out of that interview. I never received any feedback or an email to say if I had been rejected or not, which is poor form if you've got to the stage of meeting the CEO. I'm not too bothered though because judging by the employee reviews my instincts were right. It is a toxic place to work.
