Your resume goes through a scoring process, the more key terms you match your resume with the posting the higher your ranked. Make sure you submit a complete application, if it ask for something submit it, or you will be dropped. I had one in person interview about a month after submitting my app. About three weeks after that I was offered a position.

It was a couple years ago, nothing super difficult. It was for an IT job so questions mostly related to the position and a few customer service questions.
