Only made it to second interview. First interview was short. Basically assessing your personality. Second interview is more standard. I asked how long I would be in the business to business sales (door to door) position. I was told two weeks. That was the extent of the interview. I have management experience. I can tell you right now no company is going to first ask someone with experience to downgrade into a sales position Second no company is going to promote you in two weeks. This is the growing scam of getting people trapped into a sales position with no promotion at the end of the rainbow. Please do yourself a favor and pass.

It is a professional but laid back process that encouraged me to tell them about all of my great qualities:) There was a brief meet and greet, followed by another interview then finally a 3rd and final interview. They are focused more on my personality and character rather than my degree or my past work experience. They told me that they focus on my people skills because they provide all training.
