Phone Interview with standard questsions. Invited approx. 20 candidates all in one day. First stage were a number of group activites with main activity being the 'egg drop'. Given a budget of X and using this you had to construct a device to safely drop an egg from shoulder height without cracking. Materials used are cups, paper plates, rubber bands, tissues etc. Second stage was Networking with a number of Employees intermixed in with candidates to test social skills. Third stage was 5 minute presentation in front of panel of 4; HR, Dept Head and Direct Manager. After this half candidates got cut. Last stage of the day was a pannel interview. All up this took approx half a day. Didn't hear anything for a month or so, then met the team. A few more months and finally got a job offer after 6 months
