Arista's interview process is totally flawed aimed at wasting people's time and effort. I was contacted by a consultancy and two Coding questions were asked to me. I shared my screen and did both the questions in IntelliJ with best approach, handled all the TCs and executed all of them. Too much to my surprise the other day I received a decline mail. When I checked with the hiring partner even they said they don't give any feedback and this is quite common for Arista to do without a reason.
