Discussed role with HR, then proceeded to a second-round interview – completely ghosted afterwards. Surprising lack of communication for a communications firm that supposedly values networks/relationships. Would suggest focusing your energies elsewhere when having this on your job-search roster, at least from my experience.
Very reasonable and efficient. Interview was followed by meeting key members to ensure work culture which is effective. The process could benefit from skill set tests to ensure hires have the relevant skills.
