J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Argusoft (Udaipur, Rajasthan) en juill. 2019
Entretien
The interviewer asked to be relaxed and said its going to be more like discussion , and started with "introduce yourself" then some puzzle and clock questions and at last asked to write a string based code.
Process Overview:
Round 1 (Screening): Focus is purely on speed and accuracy. Need to practice Quantitative Aptitude (Time & Work, Ratios) and Logical Reasoning. Critical: The English section is a major filter here.
Round 2 (Logic): 3 Puzzle questions. They don't just want the answer; they want to see the approach written down. Need to practice "guesstimate" puzzles and standard logic riddles (e.g., water jug problem, bridge crossing).
Round 3 (HR/Final): This is the "Communication Round." The selection depends 100% on how clearly I explain my thoughts.
Action Item: Spend 30 mins daily on Puzzle sites (GeeksForGeeks Puzzles) and practice speaking solutions out loud to improve clarity.

3 rounds of interview all aptitude-based. first round was done online. 2nd round involved questions being displayed on smart board and we had to answer it on spot with explanation. i didn't proceed after 2nd round but i heard that the last round was also problem solving round.
