Started with a deeply unprofessional phone interview where the interviewer basically apologized for every question, saying "they make me ask this stuff." Even though they were perfectly normal interview questions. I asked him about how to achieve the bonuses offered in the ad but he hemmed and hawwed how they weren't really possible. So I asked him if there was room for advancement and if they promoted from within and again got the "wellllll..." I still impressed him because he called again an hour later to back pedal and absolutely assure me that bonuses and advancement were possible with hard work. So we scheduled an interview for the next week. ONE HOUR before the scheduled interview he called me to tell me that he lied and actually the bonuses weren't possible to obtain. This man had plenty of time to call me the day before if his conscience was bothering him. At an hour before I am already in a suit with my schedule cleared.
