Questions related to previous experience, why I wanted to work there, whether I had a driving license etc. Brief chat about what I was currently doing and what I thought the future of technology might look like.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
