Quick, efficient. Over the phone firstly and quickly booked in to get a face-to-face interview with some on the job work. Lasted about 10 minutes on the job and about an hour in store.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
