J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Argos (Coventry, Angleterre) en oct. 2017
Entretien
First there was a phone call, relatively quick... It was my first interview and I wasn't even prepared, but it went fine. Very friendly staff.
Followed by a group interview. Straightforward stuff, we were split into small groups, asked to find out information about the other people in our group and then introduce them to the rest of the groups. Some people forgot names/details, but as long as you go in confident, they're likely to hire you. We then had to role play with a 'difficult' customer who had forgotten the name of a toy, and we had to help them figure out what it was and sell it to them.
Finally, we created an Argos advert, and presented it. As long as you contribute to the group, and say your part aloud to the group, you are very likely to get hired! (I had no experience and this was my first telephone interview / group interview, and I'm naturally quite shy.)
straightforward question, nothing too challenging, interviewers were very friendly and relaxed and listened really well. Interview lasted around 25 minutes and found out i got the job in less than a week

A casual chat with the manager. Mainly focussed on availability and proximity to the store. Gave brief background and was told about the role and what it entails. The interview will vary manager to manager so any prep will help

It is a casual discussion. They really want to know how you handle tough customers and how quickly you can pick up work. As well as flexibility with time. As they need people to be multiskilled. Working back and front of house.
