Entretien
After uploading a CV and then completing an online competency questionnaire, I was called in for an interview. It was a group interview with 9 other people. However there was no actual interview. After introducing the person next to us to the group, we were then tasked with coming up with powers for an Argos superhero. Then in different groups we had to plan gifts for 3 people adhering to a budget. That was the end of the session, and we were informed then that this was a temporary seasonal role.

Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

Entretien
The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
