Entretien
It started with a brief phone interview which was just about getting to know you and some basic interview questions. I was then invited to a group interview where we were put into teams and given different scenarios such as, Family relatives are coming to stay for christmas but you didn't have enough cutlery, bedding, ect whats the best deal you could do to suit their needs. Then we were asked what the perfect sales assistant would be. After the group interview which was completely informal. I was then selected for a face to face interview in which they asked more questions about customer service, past experience ect.

Describe a scenario in which you've given good customer service?
Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

Entretien
The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
