4 levels of interviews, hour long each and they test you for skills that you haven’t worked on.. A bunch of Idiots starting from the CTO, who just waste your time with lengthy interviews and not even communicate as to the job description they’re looking for. I went through 3 rounds of hour long interviews explaining all my work experiences and finally when it was the last round for salary negotiations, Mr. CTO started asking me things that I never worked on only because they had a Specific job description for which they were recruiting. If that was the case, they could have saved everyone’s time by mentioning it the first time itself. 3.5hrs, 2 weeks, everything out there to Interview and yet nobody cared to ask things they were looking for until the last moment.
