I had one interview with the district manager and one over the phone interview with head office. The questions were detailed and were mostly based around customer service. The interviews went smoothly and both interviewees were nice and professional.

Phone interview. They asked a lot of question and I was prepared because I had already worked for the company for a long amount of time so my managers helped me prepare I watched videos and Re read all of our policy's and procedures.
