I didn't agree with the interview process as there was certainly no room in getting to know either side of the interview. It only consisted of 12 questions in the space of an hour, which I thought was quite tight anyway and it showed. The panel didn't seem interested in getting to know me and only wanted to get through the questions, which was a shame.
