Sehr entspannte und lockere Atmosphäre, kein Performancedruck, eher ein persönliches Kennenlernen. Es entwickelte sich dadurch eine Plauderatmosphäre, bei der man mitbekommen konnte, um was für Typen es sich auf beiden Seiten handelt. Man sitzt auch keiner großen Kommission gegenüber sondern den wenigen Verantwortlichen der Abteilungen und man sieht schon mal alle Büroräume, Küchte etc (Eindruck von Arbeitssituation).

A week later after applying, I got contacted by HR and had skype interview with HR and Head of Development. It was with general introductory questions and more about knowing the company and responsibilities, as well as about my experience. And the next interview was a week later at the company office in Berlin. It was conducted by HR, Head of Development and Head of professional service and customer support. It included Technical and HR related questions. The conversation was deeply relaxed and more friendly. Two days later I got an offer letter and eager to be part of development team.
