First round was a virtual call with team members. Mostly technical interview questions gauging abilities relative to the job posting.
Second round was in-person interview with manager and hiring person followed by upper management interview and plant tour.

Applied on company site last year. I received an online behavioural questionnaire/screening via email that was 90minutes long. Once passed received a virtual call with hiring managers for 30-45minutes. Then after that, an in person interview with one of the hiring managers and GM of the area.
