They do not have a in house SAP SME's to interview. So they hired Incruit to interview for sap sd lead consultant.
Interview is a bit tough with technical expectations. They took 3 rounds in that 2 are technical and one manager round.
They checked for a techno-functional skills and behavioral traits in me.
I have cleared all the rounds and i am going to join the company now. Will review the company after join and gaining experience in the company.

They gave me a full business requirement as below:
From Order to invoice the process should be automated without any manual intervention and the order will come from multiple 3rd party system. So the requirement is to provide best solution for robust interfaces details and how the OTC process can be automated where the items stock is available with multiple plants.
