Met with the recruiter after a few delays / missed calls. Recruiter had nothing but positive feedback on my background and alignment for the role. Next step was to meet with a hiring manager but I never heard back after the recruiter call. Having interviewed for a few healthcare tech companies now this pattern is becoming more common. Just communicate if it's not a fit.
