The interview process had 3 technical rounds. Questions revolved around OOPS, Projects and Puzzles. With little bit of practice can crack the interview. Interviewers were friendly. Core Java knowledge is must. Basic Object oriented programming ( 4 pillars of OOPS ) is enough. Knowledge of design patterns is a plus.

Total Rounds - 4 Round 1: HR Call Shortlisting: Shri Hari HR asked call some technical questions and shortlisted based on that. Round 2: Technical 1 ( Senior Engineer) This round involves problem solving and technical questions related to Java, AWS and DSA (Linked List Implementation ) Round 3: Technical 2 (with Senior Engineering Manager) This round involves technical questions and project understanding of our previous work and technical questions in AWS and microservices architecture,centralized logging,scaling. Round 4: Final Discussion (with AVP) This round consists of Mental ability questions and reason to choose Arcadia and some general discussions along with compensation discussion. Overall the interview was great and quick by HR Shri hari. Quick response for each round result and really like the way of interview process.
